I finally found how to 'npm run build' and not run into the 'missing compiler-rs' error.

Finally!

I had to delete the RSS for now but other than that, it works flawlessly! And I even have it all backed up with Git. So happy iy finally works, now i can style and CSS and make it pretty (my favourite part of it all). I’ll probably push to Neocities soon too!
